** In the Event of a Wrong Item or Missing Product**
Should you receive an incorrect item or find that a product is missing from your package, please contact us at cossecare@gmail.com within five days of the delivery date. Your email should include the following information:
- Order ID
- Copy of the Invoice (either hard or soft)
- Description of your request or complaint
- Clear images of the items received, along with the label on the outside of the package for verification purposes
Our customer support team will address your inquiry within 24 hours of receiving the required details.
*In the case of a Damaged Item:
If you receive a product that is either damaged or has leaked during transit, please send an email to cossecre@gmail.com within five days of the delivery date, including the following details:
- Order ID
- Copy of the Invoice (either hard or soft)
- Description of your request or complaint
- Supporting images or videos, along with the batch number located near the MRP or crimp of the product
We will review your complaint and respond within 24 hours.
In Relation to Product Quality Concerns
If you wish to report a quality issue with a product, please send an email to cossecare@gmail.com within five days of receiving your order. Your email should encompass the following information:
- Order ID
- Copy of the Invoice (either hard or soft)
- Description of your request or complaint
- Images of the products received, including the batch number noted near the MRP or crimp
Once we receive this information, our customer support team will work diligently to resolve your issue within 24 hours.
If you wish to cancel your order, please send us an email at cossecare@gmail.com within two hours of placing the order.
- Please note that orders which have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled. You may refuse to accept the parcel upon delivery; however, once an order has been delivered, it cannot be returned.
**If Your Order Is Marked as Delivered but Not Received:
If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please reach out to us at cossecare@gmail.com within three days (72 hours) of the delivery date. Our customer support team will address the matter promptly.
